HUB Fitness offers the signature HUB Transform 12-week program. When you've tried and failed and you're ready to commit to lasting change, this is the place to go! While most nutrition and fitness programs throw you into the deep end on day one, we will take you slowly into our program with short-term attainable goals while building awareness, knowledge and confidence. You will learn to eat better, you will find an exercise plan that works for you, and most important: you will find community with others who are looking for lasting transformation, too.
Our TRANSFORM program includes:
- Three fitness and nutrition coaching sessions which also include body fat analysis, blood pressure check, weight and measurement assessments.
- Weekly group meetings with experts in nutrition, fitness, and wellness sharing their strategies, tips and encouragement with you along the way.
- Unlimited access to our Group Training Sessions, led by qualified and professional coaches who will be there every step of the way. This includes HUB Step, HUB Conditioning, HUB Pump, Barre Pilates, Kickboxing & Kettle Bell, Pilates, Yoga, Triple Threat Weekend Workouts and Zumba!
- Accountability for you by not only your HUB Coach, but also the other participants in the program. Community is a huge part of Transform!
- A simple, yet effective and very balanced food program.
- A fitness program designed specifically for you that will help you find balance in cardio, strength, stretching and core building.
- Journaling, nutrition and fitness tips and training.
- Goal Setting and a personalized plan of attack to reach your goals.
- 5K Transform Fun Run at the end of the 12-week journey

The focus of our HUB TRANSFORM Program will be on life change, heart issues (why we make the decisions we make) and confidence that can be built when one can find success through lasting change. TRANSFORM is rooted in Romans 12:1-2:
Therefore, I urge you, brothers and sisters, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God—this is your true and proper worship. Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.
TRANSFORM is a step by step process where we not only guide you what to do to change your life for good, but tell you why you need to do it! Our unique program will not only give you the tools you need to get healthy and strong, but will help you change the way you think by raising awareness of what you are consuming, how you are working out and how to keep your healthy lifestyle long past our twelve weeks.
COST: $275 for HUB Fitness members OR $450 for non-members (includes a 12-week membership during the program)

Our weekly group meetings will be Tuesday nights at 7pm for 12 weeks at HUB Fitness.

I think what made the Transform class so great was Leslie taught us about our health -- getting healthy -- she was more concerned about us being able to walk and move easier than how much weight we could lose .
