No matter where you are on your fitness journey, working with a personal trainer can be a great way to reach your goals! Whether you are training for something specific, trying to lose weight, at a plateau or just starting out, your trainer can be there for you with an individualized plan of attack. All of our trainers are nationally certified, experienced and ready to serve you. Every package includes a consultation, fitness assessment, goal setting session, individualized workout plan and nutrition recommendations. Specialty Pilates or Yoga personal training sessions are also available by request!
Spring Into SUMMER with our Personalized Fitness Kick-start Program!
The program includes:
- 6 weeks of personal training twice per week (12 sessions)
- Measurements/Body Fat Analysis/Weight In/Goal Setting and Re-evaluation after week 3 and week 6
- Membership to HUB Fitness for the 6 week program (you may attend all classes desired through May 13)
- Food Plan and Suggestions for Meal Planning
- Weekly Plan for Workouts
- Journal for Food and Exercise Entries
COST: $600 (non-members) or $500 (current members)
